The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring the successful delivery and management of multiple concurrent IT projects. This includes defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, managing resources, and coordinating efforts of team members, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives within scope, time, and budget constraints. The IT Project Manager implements project management methodologies and tools, performs risk assessments, and ensures that project goals align with organizational objectives. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, effective communication, and leadership to foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and deliver business value. The IT Project Manager monitors compliance with project governance standards, including documentation, reporting, and change management processes. They are responsible for post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned, and sharing best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, etc.) and technical knowledge to manage IT systems and solutions effectively.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 4 years of project management experience involving IT systems, methodologies, and tools (for Level III)
Minimum of 6 years of project management experience involving IT systems, methodologies, and tools (for Level IV)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other project management tools
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Rally)
Understanding of IT systems, including programming languages (e.g., Java), databases (e.g., MS SQL Server), and operating systems (e.g., Windows, UNIX)
Knowledge of current and emerging IT technologies, including cloud platforms and Internet technologies
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
