Job Description:

The Markets Operations Technology group develops and implements applications supporting Operations groups integral to the success of the Markets business. The Agile Scrum Master facilitates Agile adoption, continuous improvement, and drives collaboration and transparency across teams.

Job Responsibility:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)
guide teams in Agile adoption and best practices
remove impediments to team progress
foster collaboration
ensure clear backlog, prioritization, and value-driven delivery
track and report Agile metrics
promote transparency, accountability, and Agile maturity
improve team execution approaches and team velocity
support iterative and collaborative development
creatively apply Scrum management processes to unique situations
cultivate an environment of trust and team growth
facilitate discussion and conflict resolution
ensure adherence to core agile principles
act as advisor or coach to newcomers to Agile methodology
facilitate long-term roadmaps and Program Increment Planning
create and maintain dashboards and executive summaries for management

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience
3-5 years of Scrum master experience
in-depth knowledge of Scrum
implementation of Agile methodologies
strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
excellent stakeholder management
facilitation and communication skills
hands-on with Agile/Scrum practices
proficiency in tools like Confluence, Jira, collaboration tools, reporting
strong knowledge of Scrum management, Sprint and Release planning
experience with multiple Scrum teams in diverse contexts

Nice to have:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or PMP certifications
