If you enjoy bringing structure to complex engineering work and facilitating smooth collaboration, this role could be a great fit.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate between technical project owners, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of priorities, and clear decision-making

Experience working closely with technical leaders and engineering teams
Proven ability to manage complex project schedules and multi-team dependencies
Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to proactively identify risks, anticipate challenges, and drive solutions
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret project data and provide actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and the ability to facilitate discussions between diverse technical and non-technical audiences
Fluency in Polish (C1) and solid English skills (B2+) for documentation and external communication
