IT Project Manager

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of IT and business projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation to align with organizational objectives
• Collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals
• Facilitate productive meetings, gather requirements, and guide decision-making processes
• Provide regular updates on project progress, potential challenges, and milestones to senior leadership
• Promote adherence to organizational standards and contribute to the improvement of processes
• Support the transition from Microsoft Project to Jira, ensuring smooth adoption and proper utilization
• Implement best practices and methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches
• Address challenges proactively and maintain high-quality standards throughout project execution

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT projects within enterprise environments
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Jira
• Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively
• Experience working on cross-functional business and technology initiatives
• Preferred certifications include PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant credentials
• Consulting experience and familiarity with highly regulated industries are advantageous
• Ability to adapt to new tools and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project delivery
