Job Description

We are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join our team and work on Global Markets Operations projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production.

Job Responsibility

  • Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program timeline and flagging risks before they become problems
  • Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves
  • Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance and compliance standards
  • Coordinate testing and deployment activities across IT teams, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure
  • Communicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, and IT leadership
  • Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from UAT through go-live handover to production support

Requirements

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in IT project management within financial services, ideally covering operations or regulatory programs
  • Hands-on Jira experience and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum
  • PMP is a plus
  • Comfortable working across IT Business Analysts, Developers, and non-technical business stakeholders
  • Familiar with back office or post-trade systems (Global Markets context is a strong plus)
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
