Lead Agile delivery and QA initiatives across diverse domains including Banking, Consumer Goods, Automotive, and IT Hardware
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure alignment with business objectives
Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to refine backlogs, manage cross-team dependencies, and drive predictable delivery
Oversee QA processes, test planning, and release management across enterprise applications including SAP R/3, Salesforce, and custom platforms
Manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, Copado release management, and coordinate multi-team release cycles for seamless delivery
Provide servant leadership to multiple Agile teams (onsite & offshore), mentoring them in Agile principles, best practices, and quality-driven delivery
Drive metrics-based improvements by implementing KPIs (velocity, defect closure, release cadence) and providing transparency to leadership through dashboards and reports
Support QA validation and automation initiatives, leveraging past experience in SAP testing, embedded systems validation, and automation scripting (Python, CAN/MOST protocols)
Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure integration of quality practices in CI/CD pipelines
Act as a coach and change agent in Agile transformation, improving maturity across teams and programs

Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science (B.Tech)
17+ years of IT experience with strong focus on Agile Delivery, QA leadership, and Program Management
Certified SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe 5 Agilist, ISTQB Certified, and Oracle 11g Administrator
Proven ability to lead Agile teams across geographies, manage release pipelines, and drive business value with predictability and quality
Strong expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, dependency management, and Agile maturity coaching
Background in QA/testing with hands-on experience in automation scripting, SAP validation, and embedded system testing
Recognized for servant leadership, cross-team coordination, and client-focused delivery excellence
