We are looking for a Mid-level IT Project Manager to support and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You will be responsible for managing project activities, ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, supporting delivery and ensuring smooth project execution.
Job Responsibility:
Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes
Coordinate communication with stakeholders and project teams
Identify and help mitigate project risks and issues
Ensure alignment between project goals, business needs, and technical solutions
Collaborate with senior team members on project planning and delivery
Manage budgets, forecasts, and project profitability
Support pre-sales activities by helping to shape project scopes and delivery plans
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT or business applications
Experience working with software development teams
Good understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English and Polish
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (e.g. 1-2 days per week in the office)
Open communication and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized
Willingness to learn and develop in project management
Proactive attitude and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Nice to have:
Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT
Basic certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile certifications, or similar
Experience supporting system integrations or IT projects
