IT Project Manager

• Define project scopes, set timelines, and manage resources
• Use methodologies like Agile/Scrum and Prince2
• Put projects back on track through leadership, communication and problem-solving
• Align projects with wider business goals
• Effective risk management and budgeting while upholding quality standards
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, meet client’s quality standards and align with business goals
• People management, presales, leadership and communication
• Remain proactive from project concept to delivery
• Resource management
• Planning, execution and oversight of projects informed by client goals, sometimes requiring bespoke solutions
• Sensible management of the workload

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Min 7 years, senior experience
• Fluent in French with excellent knowledge in English
• An understanding of the human and cultural challenges posed by a digital transformation process with proven communication skills
• Organize a clear communication – working closely with the customer (C-level) about the program and projects delivery
• Understanding of how digital transformation in the public sector can positively influence decision making and process efficiency at all levels of an organization
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies at project and program levels, ideally demonstrated by one or more certifications such as Prince2 for Agile, Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-ACP, or SAFe by equivalent
• Good understanding of distributed systems and Web technologies
• Spreading the Agile values and principles by using conviction and diplomacy and helping the Agile Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
• Working closely with clients, product owners, and team members on a daily basis to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Managing the productivity of the team and continuously challenge the way of working
• Working closely with the technical lead and ensuring the technical strategy is followed and in alignment with the program level
