Job Responsibility

  • Act as a bridge between REWE and external service providers at project management level
  • Manage service providers and coordinate closely with REWE's internal business and sales units
  • Define priorities and oversee store openings and closures within the rollout scope
  • Track progress and conduct quality reviews of store decommissioning activities
  • Drive process implementation and continuous optimisation in close collaboration with service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare stakeholder analyses, as well as KPI and OPI reports on rollout progress and quality
  • Take ownership of the rollout mailbox and ensure timely and professional communication
  • Coordinate and manage hardware deployments with the service provider
  • Document processes and outcomes, and proactively identify, document, and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner
  • Provide support during hypercare phases and ensure effective troubleshooting after migration phases

Requirements

  • Proven technical background in managing network projects
  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally with a recognised certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proven experience with rollout management of multidimensional projects
  • Proven experience with vendor and supplier coordination
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Ability to travel abroad in Europe
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
