Job Description:

To oversee a various system projects of a highly complex nature. To assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project. To be aware of system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team. To report to a more senior project manager.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee various system projects of a highly complex nature
  • Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of project
  • Be aware of system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
  • Report to a more senior project manager
  • Track and monitor Office of the CIO (OCIO) goals, projects, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure progress and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Assist in managing priority initiatives led by the CIO and both AVP's of Applications and Project Management, including coordination of activities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support execution of key initiatives by coordinating operational activities and reducing day-to-day execution responsibilities for executive leadership
  • Prepare executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports to provide leadership with clear visibility into initiative progress and outcomes
  • Gather data, conduct analysis, and prepare background materials to support leadership discussions and decision-making
  • Assist with development and distribution of departmental updates, including preparation of presentations and briefing materials
  • Coordinate follow-up activities and initiative execution to allow both AVP's of Applications and Project Management to focus on strategic decisions and leadership responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field
  • Six (6) years of related experience required
  • Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement
