Job Responsibility

  • Upgrade Delivery: execution, and successful delivery of the ERP upgrade project, managing timelines, scope, and budget
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional business leaders and technical teams to manage expectations, coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and ensure alignment
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks specific to system upgrades (e.g., data migration, custom integration breaks, downtime)
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external ERP consultants and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality and time benchmarks

Requirements

  • ERP Upgrade Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully delivering ERP system upgrades (rather than just greenfield implementations)
  • Pronto Expertise: Prior experience managing upgrades or major modules within Pronto Xi is highly regarded and strongly preferred however other Major ERP systems are fine
  • Location: Must be currently based in Sydney and available to start within a short notice period
