Job Description:

Newly created role; Agile Expert; Strong focus on Magento; The ideal candidate will act as a product and feature enhancement specialist, bridging the gap between global IT, regional business stakeholders, and technical development teams. This is a regional role that demands strong project coordination, eCommerce understanding, and the ability to thrive in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the primary IT point of contact for eCommerce projects within the region, especially for Magento-based platforms
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for new features and enhancements in close collaboration with marketing, sales, and digital teams
Manage end-to-end delivery of eCommerce enhancements, including planning, sprint coordination, testing, and rollout
Ensure regional platforms are aligned with global eCommerce standards and security requirements
Partner with development teams (internal or third-party) to implement technical solutions and resolve issues
Support Magento-related configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization
Serve as the subject matter expert on eCommerce platform capabilities and best practices
Monitor platform usage, performance, and customer feedback to propose continuous improvements
Provide documentation, training, and post-implementation support to local markets

Requirements:

Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Magento (Adobe Commerce) platform
Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Strong understanding of digital commerce operations, customer journeys, and feature optimization
Certification in Magento, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
