Job Description:

Our client, a leading asset management company based in London, are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This role combines project management and business analysis responsibilities, focusing on working with and coordinating vendor relationships, defining business requirements, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of third-party solutions. This is the perfect opportunity for an individual to join an established financial services company and be an integral part of a growing IT team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate activities across internal business stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers
  • Oversee integrations between new solutions and internal systems
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for new or enhanced cloud solutions
  • Translate business requirements into vendor-facing specifications or configuration instructions
  • Support data migration, configuration, and integration activities
  • Develop business process documentation and support end-user training

Requirements:

  • Experience working in Financial Services, as a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager
  • Private Equity/Private Markets experience highly desirable
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder engagement (specifically with vendors and 3rd party)
  • Experience with enterprise cloud systems – Anaplan, DealCloud etc.
  • Experience coordinating multiple 3rd parties and internal stakeholders
  • Interest in exploring how AI can enhance the business. (No previous AI experience required)
  • Project management certifications (PRINCE2, Agile PM, PMP) or BA qualifications (BCS, IIBA)

Nice to have:

  • Private Equity/Private Markets experience highly desirable
