Job Responsibility

Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage end-to-end projects from defining scope, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders to ensuring successful, on-time delivery meeting business needs
Planning & Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including charters, business requirements, plans, and risk/issue logs
Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress, resources, and risks, identifying and escalating issues promptly and providing timely, clear updates and presentations to all stakeholders, including senior management
Process Optimization: Lead business analysis efforts, clarify requirements, and drive the development and implementation of innovative, efficient processes for Equities Operations
Risk & Compliance: Apply robust risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance to protect the firm's reputation
Team & Collaboration: Drive resource planning and foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other departments
Strategic Initiatives: Champion change management and undertake additional strategic projects/tasks as required
