Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Intern to support Project Management (PMO) that is currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. The candidate will assist with IT project delivery by supporting planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities across multiple initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with maintaining project schedules, action items, and status reports
  • Support project documentation, templates, and meeting notes
  • Help track risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
  • Assist with milestone and deliverable reporting
  • Observe and support project governance and review meetings

Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts, such as programming languages, database management, and cybersecurity
  • Basic typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with company personnel
  • Adaptable to new technologies and new situations
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize and manage your workload effectively
