In this role, you are the critical bridge between external digital partners and internal technical teams, ensuring seamless product onboarding and feature delivery. Job Responsibility:
Project Tracking: Monitor the end-to-end development progress of critical platform features, including Payment Gateways, SDKs, and Account Systems
Partner Onboarding: Act as the primary liaison between external product developers and the internal tech team to ensure smooth and efficient system integrations
Operational Reporting: Track and analyze key platform metrics, such as user engagement and revenue performance, to prepare actionable reports
Regional Localization: Coordinate and oversee localization (L10n) tasks specifically for the Southeast Asian market to maintain cultural relevance and quality control
Requirements:
1-2 years or more of professional experience in digital platform operations, product management, or a related technical project management role
Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
A solid, practical understanding of modern mobile applications, software ecosystems, and current digital consumer trends
A meticulous "finisher" mindset focused on proactive learning, providing regular progress updates, and executing tasks to completion
Highly tech-savvy with a personal interest in staying consistently updated with software industry developments and user expectations
