Job Description:

The PMO IT Project Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role that deals with most problems independently, applies analytical thinking, and integrates knowledge of industry standards and practices. The role involves evaluating business processes, ensuring quality in IT projects, and tracking metrics, with a significant focus on collaboration and effective communication.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines
Collaborates in development of project business and system requirements
Develops requirement documentation
Communicates with project staff and clients regarding status of projects
Utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking and metrics
Contributes to process improvement efforts
Evaluates business processes, system processes and industry standards
Applies professional judgment and resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets

Requirements:

4-8 years experience in an IT project leadership role
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
Good understanding in PTS
