Job Description:

The IT Project Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role that integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. The role involves analytical thinking, project management, and communication, as well as guidance for lower-level analysts. It impacts the business by ensuring quality of work and timely service.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinates activities of an IT project team, identifying necessary resources and developing schedules to meet completion deadlines
collaborates in development of project business and system requirements
develops requirement documentation
communicates with project staff and clients regarding status of projects
utilizes project management tools and provides project status tracking, metrics and project estimates
contributes to process improvement efforts
evaluates business processes, system processes and industry standards
applies good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing objectives
provides guidance to new or lower level analysts
resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience
exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner
ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
escalates and manages control issues with transparency

Requirements:

2-5 years experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
good understanding of IT project leadership procedures and concepts
basic knowledge of other technical areas
developed communication and diplomacy skills
ability to apply analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
