  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)

  • Ensure adherence to the Citi Agile SDLC processes and procedures
  • Act as advisor or ad-hoc coach to those new to Agile methodology and guide them in the adoption of Agile software development practices (writing user stories, release schedules and integration planning, scrum meetings, velocity and capacity planning)
  • Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and development of long-term roadmaps
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for senior management
  • Utilize Project Tracking Systems (PTS) to monitor project status, resource allocation, and key milestones, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Support project budgeting and financial tracking, including variance analysis and forecasting, in collaboration with project managers and finance teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools within the organization

Requirements:

  • Should have total 5-7 Years of experience and 3-5 years of scrum master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise change projects & programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Hands-on with Agile / Scrum practices in complex enterprise environments
  • Proficiency in tools Confluence, Jira, Collaboration tools, reporting
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum Management, Sprint and Release planning
  • Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience in project financial management and reporting
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
