Provide governance at the director and VP level for industrial planning, Capex, and industrial strategy initiatives
Prepare and present roadmaps, dashboards, and progress reports during governance meetings with the management committee
Lead internal and external governance to provide visibility on the performance of your portfolio and projects to stakeholders
Coordinate and ensure the quality of project financial governance, control project costs (labor, materials, and other direct costs), and ensure compliance on schedules
Prepare profitability analysis and present them to the management team
Understand and manage requirements related to complex industrial, contractual, or financial solutions
Develop, deploy, and improve an industrial strategy
Understand, analyze, and integrate the medium- and long-term capacity needs of manufacturing cells and assembly lines at aerostructure sites
As part of a new program or production repatriation, develop the sequence of production activities for assembly stations
