Job Description

FinXL IT is seeking an experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telecommunications client on a major transformation project, migrating all applications to cloud.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and review of program increments and sprints
  • Support and coach cross-functional teams to remove delivery impediments
  • Manage communication with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Identify opportunities to optimise delivery practices and ways of working
  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies to support program oversight
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies across multiple delivery teams
  • Drive the delivery of cloud infrastructure and security-focused initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience working in cloud infrastructure projects, and a deep technical understanding of AWS
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Must be able to start immediately OR within 2 weeks of notice
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, with iteration management experience
  • Ability to manage complex programs and prioritise work effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Experience in embedding new ways of working and team coaching
