My client is a growling Law Firm in London and due to continued growth, they are looking to add a IT Programmer to their IT team which will be a brand new position for the company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in legal technology. You will have a keen appetite for cutting-edge legal technology that can help them build a positive reputation in the area, keep them ahead of industry trends and engage with the whole firm.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing, customising, and maintaining Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and related Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of AI‑enabled tools, including documenting automation, data extraction, and workflow optimisation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective, user‑friendly technical solutions
  • Supporting firm‑wide digital transformation projects, including automation, data visualisation, and system integration
  • Participating actively in the Tech Innovation Team, helping to identify opportunities for new technologies and pilot innovative ideas

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing Power Apps and working within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
  • Strong programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, C#, SQL, or similar)
  • Interest in – or hands‑on experience with – AI tools, automation, or legal tech solutions
