We are seeking a skilled IT Professional to support and enhance our client’s Microsoft‑centric enterprise environment. This role focuses on maintaining core infrastructure, improving system reliability, and delivering high‑quality support to internal users.
Job Responsibility:
Support Microsoft enterprise technologies, including Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, and related platforms
Manage and troubleshoot system issues across desktop, server, and cloud environments
Assist with authentication and identity management, including ADFS, Azure AD, SAML, and cloud-based SSO
Participate in migrations and deployments, especially Microsoft 365 mailbox migrations and Windows desktop rollouts
Contribute to infrastructure configuration, including Group Policy updates, scripting tasks, and basic DNS/DHCP support
Collaborate with third‑party vendors to resolve escalated technical issues
Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Support cross‑functional initiatives that enhance system performance, improve workflows, and elevate the overall user experience
Requirements:
2+ years of IT experience
Proven expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows operating systems, desktop deployment, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in a Microsoft enterprise environment including: Understanding of Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments, Configuration of Windows Infrastructure via Group Policy and/or scripts, Basic understanding of the TCP/IP Stack and common services such as DNS and DHCP
2+ years of experience with Office/Microsoft 365 with at least one year of experience migrating mailboxes
1+ years experience Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) or Azure Active Directory and understanding of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO providers
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently
Experience in coordinating with third-party technical support vendors
Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure management and supporting SharePoint environments would be a plus
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Azure) are highly desirable
Solid understanding of IT service management and ITIL best practices is a plus
Track record of continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
