Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Owner to lead the full lifecycle of hardware and software products within VOIS IT. This strategic role involves managing product backlogs, defining roadmaps, and ensuring solutions align with organisational architecture and business objectives. The individual will act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, driving clarity, engagement, and successful delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and communicate the product vision to agile teams and stakeholders
  • Hold accountability for the success of the product throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure end-to-end solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with strategic architecture
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to clarify requirements and validate deliverables
  • Act as the primary point of contact for product requirements and objectives
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support decision-making processes
  • Oversee data lifecycle management and ensure resilience and performance in design

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in IT systems within corporate functions
  • Skilled in identifying opportunities for technological change and managing organisational transformation
  • Proven ability to lead through change and ensure successful adoption of new technologies or processes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to align with strategic roadmaps
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving business improvements through technology implementation
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT or technology services
  • Strategic mindset with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and cloud platforms (O365, Copilot, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud architecture principles (elasticity, scalability, high availability)
