We're looking for a Feedback Hub Operations Intern to contribute to our internal Feedback Hub platform. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service administration, user support, data analysis, and basic front-end development within a collaborative, international team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Become a central point of contact for our user community, addressing inquiries, providing clear guidance, troubleshooting issues, and actively participating in sessions to gather direct user insights
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks related to the Feedback Hub, including configuring new products and maintaining high data quality
  • Support general project organization by managing and structuring files, documentation, and resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency for the entire team
  • Contribute to data analysis, investigating platform performance and user behavior trends
  • Assist in creating compelling reports that translate raw data into actionable insights
  • Actively support our development cycles, involving hands-on testing
  • Contribute to basic front-end development tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to implement minor UI enhancements
  • Assist in drafting essential user documentation

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • English proficiency
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Excel efficiently
