What you’ll do Ιn this role you will act as the bridge between Business and IT, owning and shaping demand by co-creating solutions that deliver business value. The Product Manager is responsible for translating business needs into clear product requirements and driving delivery within an Agile environment.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary liaison between Business stakeholders and IT teams
Capture, shape, and co-create demand with the business, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Analyse business needs and translate them into clear product requirements and features
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to define optimal solutions
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization based on business value
Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning)
Support the definition of features and user stories, ensuring clarity and readiness for development
Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions
Monitor delivery progress and support issue resolution and decision-making
Contribute to continuous improvement of ways of working and Agile maturity
Requirements:
MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems or any other related field
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams
Experience in requirements analysis and solution definition
Good understanding of Agile frameworks
Experience working with Solution Architects and development teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering business value
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Nice to have:
Exposure to AI and automation tools for enhancing product processes, insights, or decision-making is considered a plus
