Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager specialising in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic product team. This role involves working closely with process owners, architecture and engineering teams, system integrators, and cross-functional stakeholders. The individual will act as an SAP SCM Subject Matter Expert, providing technical and process support, validating functional and technical designs, and ensuring seamless integration across systems. You will also analyse quarterly release functionalities, mitigate risks, and guide business stakeholders on new features.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure effective design and delivery of the product roadmap
  • Provide leadership and deep understanding of solutions supporting revenue and cost processes, harmonising business requirements through workshops, design, and testing activities
  • Prepare and execute test materials, training documentation, and support deployment, data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities
  • Own the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle, from requirements definition to business-as-usual operations
  • Act as a subject matter expert in all business-related activities, supporting implementation teams, system integrators, global process owners and shared service organisations to deliver projects and programmes

Requirements:

  • Strong SAP IS Retail knowledge with hands-on experience
  • Proven expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM/EWM) with technical and functional background in end-to-end purchasing, inventory, and warehouse movements
  • Experience as a product owner/manager or consultant in business-facing roles
  • Understanding of SCM modules and their integration with Ariba, S/4 HANA, MDG, and contract management
  • Management consulting experience with strong decision-making and quick learning skills
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups

Nice to have:

Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integrations is desirable
