As an IT Product and Service Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and growing our digital ecosystem. With a focus on WCMS, integration framework for Web, and Search solutions, you will drive proactive consulting, marketing, and sales activities to strengthen and expand our user base.

Job Responsibility:

  • Connect IT and business requirements to ensure smooth alignment
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and customers to foster transparency and consistency
  • Support the development of IT products and services, especially during early project phases, by aligning demand and supply
  • Design and deliver product training programs to empower users and teams
  • Drive proactive consulting, marketing, and sales activities to strengthen and expand user base
  • Focus on WCMS, integration framework for Web, and Search solutions

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Knowledge of German language is a plus
  • Willingness to travel and engage with diverse teams and clients
  • Strong networking abilities and a true team player mindset
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Solid understanding of web technologies and high-level architecture
  • Ideally, first experience as a Product Owner for corporate websites
