As an IT Procurement Specialist, you will support procurement activities across software, hardware, and connectivity services. You'll partner with stakeholders across the Nordic region and collaborate closely with global procurement teams. While you will manage your own workload and push initiatives forward, you'll be part of a supportive, highly collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support sourcing activities and contract renewals in IT & Telco
Participate in supplier negotiations and commercial discussions
Act as a trusted procurement partner for internal stakeholders
Align with global procurement frameworks and preferred suppliers
Contribute to savings initiatives and commercial reporting
Support continuous improvement of procurement processes
Requirements:
Experience in IT, technology, or telecom procurement (essential)
Buyer, sourcing, or procurement specialist experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely
Motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Fluent in English and Swedish or another Nordic language
