15+ years of deep experience in SAP Procurement / P2P, including extensive S/4HANA configuration

Act as the functional lead across SAP Procurement (MM, P2P, S/4HANA, Ariba), steering solution design and configuration
Design, configure, and improve procurement processes including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, and service procurement
Lead architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise principles, integration requirements, and industry best practices
Mentor L1 and L2 analysts and guide service provider teams across BAU, ITIL processes, and SAP solutioning
Shape the procurement technology roadmap and identify opportunities for automation, standardisation, and digital uplift
Oversee integration between SAP modules and with non-SAP platforms such as Ariba, Finance, and Asset Management
Partner with Product Owners to manage Agile backlogs, define user stories, and prioritise enhancements based on business value
Drive continuous improvement, embedding Agile ways of working and supporting procurement squads
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, defining functional requirements and translating them into system solutions
Provide leadership across releases, upgrades, testing cycles, and cutovers
