Job Responsibility:
Act as a key partner by taking the reins of regular procurement files, thereby relieving the team to propel overall operational efficiency
Actively collaborate on complex technological projects (infrastructure, SaaS solutions, equipment) by helping to map out business needs and identifying the best suppliers on the market
Develop rigorous comparative analyses and decision matrices (costs, technical criteria, deadlines) to support the Principal IT Buyer in making informed decisions
Lay the groundwork for legal and cybersecurity validations by consolidating critical information (Service Level Agreements, certifications, data localization), thereby securing our innovations
Play the role of operational orchestrator by ensuring proactive follow-up and fluid coordination between departments (IT, legal, finance, operations) to eliminate roadblocks
Participate in strategic reflections aimed at optimizing our procurement processes, thereby reducing processing times and elevating the quality of service offered to our technological teams
Requirements:
You hold a relevant university degree and have solid experience in the IT procurement landscape
The intricacies of SaaS contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and information security hold no secrets for you
You are recognized for your structured approach and your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Your talent for negotiation and building lasting relationships with suppliers is one of your greatest strengths
You value teamwork and can navigate seamlessly between technical, legal, and financial requirements
Your fluency in both French and English allows you to communicate with impact to a diverse range of stakeholders
