  • Value Stream Mapping & Process Design
  • Ability to document high-level workflows, produce detailed process maps, and utilize frameworks like SIPOC and RACI
  • IT Governance & Operating Models
  • Experience capturing governance frameworks, including forums, risk management, and process ownership within an IT context
  • Metrics & SLA Management
  • Defining, monitoring, and transitioning performance indicators and SLAs to Business As Usual (BAU)
  • Change Management & Playbook Creation
  • Producing guidance documentation and monitoring the top-down implementation of new working methods
  • Workstream / Project Management
  • Defining approaches, managing deliverables, status reporting, and handling risk/issue management while collaborating with IT teams
