Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the eighth year in a row, is looking for an IT Process Analyst to join the Information Technology Team at the Cadoneghe (PD) site. Process Analysts play a central role in the IT team at Unox: their aim is to sustain and continuously improve the value delivery processes, enabling effective data driven decisions and efficient workplaces; In particular, we are looking for a talented individual who will leverage the Salesforce ecosystem and technologies within Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes, acting as a Digital KPO to streamline the information flow and eliminate non-value added activities, combining technical skills with lean/agile principles and techniques

Job Responsibility

  • Map, improve and measure information flows across Sales, Service, HR and Marketing processes
  • Define and design the requirements with the stakeholders
  • As project owner, estimate the resources required and set the proper milestones and deadlines
  • Development, testing and fixing of configurations on the Salesforce platform, ensuring no adverse impacts when deploying to production
  • Build scripts and integrations to allow interaction with other systems (e.g. SAP ERP)
  • Helpdesk and support the end users
  • Standardize and share knowledge, procedures and best practices among the IT team

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer science, Mathematics or statistic
  • Basic knowledge of REST principles
  • 1+ years of experience/certifications on Salesforce are a plus (we currently use Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud)
