Job Description

RED is currently looking for an IT PMO (Excel Expert) to join one of our global clients on an initial 6-month contract with possible extension.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyse and process inputs from project managers and business units
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models for PMO
  • Automate analytical processes using MS Office tools (VBA, Power Query)
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders
  • Support governance processes within project portfolio management
  • Collaborate with project managers, sponsors, and IT stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a PMO role (hands-on experience required)
  • Experience working in a corporate environment
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modelling)
  • Strong experience with Power Query and Power BI
  • VBA for automation of reporting and processes
  • Strong communication skills in English and Polish
