Job Description:

IT Partner position providing professional IT support and ensuring IT systems functionality for IKEA's Supply Area South Asia organization.

Job Responsibility:

Provide professional IT support with a high service level to co-workers
Secure support for Inter IKEA IT systems
Perform and manage planned activities such as IT installations, upgrades, local rebuilds and maintenance
Prioritize and solve IT issues in cooperation with global Helpdesk
Provide technical training for onsite support staff and new hires
Perform preventive maintenance and routine monitoring
Responsible for IT security onsite
Monitor development of IT technologies and system trends
Manage relationships with Inter IKEA IT, vendors, contractors, service providers
Involved in Budgeting process

Requirements:

Experience of working within IT, preferably in global organizations
Good knowledge of software, hardware, IP networks and voice communication
Good knowledge of IT service management, information security and data privacy processes, guidelines
General knowledge of relevant technology standards, trends and innovations
Good knowledge of project management tools and methodology
Experience of managing vendors, service providers
Risk assessment knowledge
Very good knowledge of Office 365 tools and environment
Good knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps platforms
Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and ability to formulate queries (prompts)
