Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PCN / OT Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our operational support team based in Perth. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, secure, and reliable operation of PCN/OT infrastructure systems, supporting operational technology environments across enterprise and site?based operations. You will work closely with delivery, operations, and reliability teams to support and enhance PCN/OT infrastructure systems including servers, storage, virtualisation, and applications, while ensuring alignment with corporate technical standards and cybersecurity requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver reliable, secure, and compliant operations of PCN/OT infrastructure systems while enabling digital capabilities
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and fault rectification across PCN/OT infrastructure environments
  • Provide technical leadership in the design, review, and implementation of major PCN/OT infrastructure additions and upgrades
  • Execute site requests for IT and PCN/OT infrastructure support, and develop new site capability requests in collaboration with central teams
  • Build strong working relationships with local, site?based, and international teams to ensure robust and secure PCN/OT operations
  • Provide expertise in governance, compliance, and cybersecurity impacting PCN/OT infrastructure assets
  • Maintain infrastructure security compliance in line with corporate policies, legislative requirements, standards, and technical controls
  • Support operational reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across PCN/OT environments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline OR equivalent industry experience
  • 8+ years’ experience in IT/OT infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years supporting PCN / OT environments in industrial, resources, or Oil & Gas settings
  • Strong hands?on experience across: IT / OT infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualisation platforms)
  • Networking within OT or industrial environments
  • Application support for operational systems
  • Proven experience working within cybersecurity?controlled environments, including governance, compliance, and risk management
