As an IT Operations Technician you will join a dynamic team and you will participate in daily operation activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the backbone of our IT operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate and manage CMS Consoles, File Transmission Servers, and Applications
  • Ensure the smooth execution of job scheduling, data transmissions, and processing
  • Perform essential reporting, documentation, and backup operations
  • Actively participate in event management and system monitoring, responding to alerts as needed
  • Execute defined tasks following documented instructions and processes
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients via phone and email
  • Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Adhere to all corporate and global security policies
  • Work independently to manage and coordinate issue resolution
  • Facilitate controlled changes to the environment in line with corporate standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Technical support will be considered an asset
  • Degree in IT or related field
  • Excellent computer literacy and a strong understanding of IT fundamentals
  • Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • A quick learner with the ability to grasp internal business processes and procedures efficiently
  • Flexibility to work on 24/7 rotation shifts
  • A good understanding of key business processes and their impact on information systems
  • Military obligations fulfilled, if applicable
