Job Responsibility:
Operate and manage CMS Consoles, File Transmission Servers, and Applications
Ensure the smooth execution of job scheduling, data transmissions, and processing
Perform essential reporting, documentation, and backup operations
Actively participate in event management and system monitoring, responding to alerts as needed
Execute defined tasks following documented instructions and processes
Respond to and resolve inquiries from internal and external clients via phone and email
Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
Adhere to all corporate and global security policies
Work independently to manage and coordinate issue resolution
Facilitate controlled changes to the environment in line with corporate standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in Technical support will be considered an asset
Degree in IT or related field
Excellent computer literacy and a strong understanding of IT fundamentals
Very good command of the English language, both written and verbal
A quick learner with the ability to grasp internal business processes and procedures efficiently
Flexibility to work on 24/7 rotation shifts
A good understanding of key business processes and their impact on information systems
