Job Description:

We are expanding our IT team and are looking for a capable IT professional to help us keep up with our company's growth. This role is primarily focused on managing the daily IT needs of our in-office staff, ensuring that everyone has the technical support they need to work effectively. You'll be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues in the office, from troubleshooting hardware and software problems to supporting in-office events. In addition to handling help desk duties, you'll also have the chance to work on various IT projects that affect both our local and global teams. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is eager to tackle a wide range of IT tasks, and enjoys solving problems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our in-office staff for all IT-related issues
  • troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
  • support our global workforce with IT-related issues
  • assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the office's IT infrastructure
  • pair with other members of the IT team on various projects
  • utilize IT ticketing systems to manage help-desk requests
  • help with the creation, management, and support of user accounts and access controls
  • develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and procedures
  • work closely with other departments to support their technical needs
  • partner with our Onboarding team to help procure equipment, set up accounts
  • assist the Workplace Service team

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of full-time experience in IT support or a related field
  • solid foundation in troubleshooting hardware, software, A/V and network issues
  • experience in a startup or tech environment
