Our client is seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to support both corporate IT infrastructure and specialized airport operational systems. This role ensures the stability and performance of technology platforms used across the airport environment, including passenger processing systems and internal enterprise systems. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support, maintain infrastructure components, troubleshoot operational issues, and assist with the deployment of new technologies supporting airport operations and internal teams. This position involves a mix of end-user support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and airport technology systems support.
Job Responsibility:
Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and user software in a Windows-based enterprise environment
Provide technical support to internal staff both remotely and onsite
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions (Active Directory)
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
Monitor system performance and analyze logs to proactively identify issues
Troubleshoot and maintain LAN/WAN network infrastructure
Diagnose connectivity issues involving routers, switches, firewalls, and communication servers
Support enterprise infrastructure including: Windows Server environments
