Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the administration and operations of IT Services guaranteeing a consistent work-flow is given to the organization which meets the our goals and objectives
  • Management of IT support staff including performance management, motivation, and training and organize the IT Services department's day to day duties
  • Conduct growth analysis, capacity planning, availability, and service continuity management
  • Developing training curriculum and job aids
  • Cross training and mentoring
  • Working and training knowledge in Testing Tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple manner
  • Planning, Designing and development of Computer Programs and Web Applications
  • Support all phases of Software Development Life Cycle like management, analysis, feasibility, design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support
  • Develop and manage, with the support of the CEO and Senior Management, the operating budgets, and proposals
  • To monitor the performance of services with a view to pursuing particular or recurring problems and providing proficient reports to management, senior staff and/or suppliers
  • Communicate to stakeholders across the organization, both internally and externally
  • Participate actively in the annual planning process, including developing and executing individual work-plans, assessing, and providing feedback on plans consistently
  • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
  • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
  • Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
  • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
  • Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
  • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
  • Conducting risk assessments for projects
  • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
  • Support HR staff with Internal Applicant Tracking System
  • Work with HR and Immigration Teams respectively on a day-to-day basis to on board Information Technology staff for our client projects
  • Provide direction and support to all levels of management on compliance and employee relations issues while technical staff is deployed at client locations
  • Partner with HR colleagues to ensure consistency in policy/process/program frameworks and implementation in functional areas
  • Support HR Staff in audits/ mock audits and executes plans to continuously improve HR practices and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements while IT project management staff is deployed
  • Support HR staff with the following: Liaison with external counsel, new hires, determine appropriate work visas, preparation of United States and International immigration petitions for temporary work visas, visa extensions and permanent residence applications, and ensures employee immigration records are maintained and retained to support I.T Clients, with authorization from the CEO, may also sign Non-immigrant/Immigrant petitions on behalf of the company without any liability
  • As the point of coordination for immigration matters, briefs constituents on policy, program and processes, including overview of required documentation
  • Assist the company in managing the company immigration policy and processes and continually reviews immigration procedures and legal status of foreign national employees
  • Provides guidance to managers and employees regarding immigration issues including the interpretation of immigration policy, process and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent with relevant experience

  • You act as the primary operational interface between 2nd and 3rd Level support, coordinating closely with internal engineering teams and external suppliers to manage clear escalations and structured root-cause analysis
  • You provide deep technical leadership during Major and Critical Incidents, handling complex, recurring, or cross-platform issues under pressure to ensure service availability and operational stability
  • You own and execute regular platform maintenance, health checks, and secure certificate and key rotations to guarantee disruption-free operations and strict configuration hygiene
