Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Supervisor to join our team in Trezzano. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant IT experience, providing oversight of the 1st -level technical support while ensuring smooth operations in applications, networks, and systems. You will have to make sure that security and network alerts are properly followed-up, IT assets management process is maintained, and promote a user-friendly environment for our colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Oversight the 1st level support provided by our outsourcer
Troubleshoot applications, networks, and systems to resolve issues promptly
Ensure the security alerts and network/server warnings are monitored and escalated effectively
Support the asset management processes
Participate in on-site shifts in Trezzano, Italy
Availability to travel up to 50% of the week as needed

Requirements:

4 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role
Experience with a typical Microsoft Windows server and Microsoft 365 environment: Active Directory user management, GPO, Printer server and DHCP management
Troubleshooting Windows 11, 10 and Microsoft 365 applications
Understanding of VDI platforms, such as VM Ware Horizon or Citrix Workspace
Familiar with rack and stack procedures for hardware setups
Involvement in EMEA IT Projects
Strong problem-solving skills and a “can do” attitude
Friendly and welcoming demeanor when assisting users

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

availability to travel domestically and internationally
