(Testimonial from a previous apprentice) Your mission: Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will contribute to various innovative IT projects, including but not limited to the key project focused on optimizing and automating the internal support service desk portal to Jira Cloud. You will be involved in: Monitoring the internal helpdesk, responding to employee’s IT requests, triage and categorization; Configuring role-based access control (RBAC), user accounts and access permissions; Contributing on a regular basis to Information Security & Network Operations; MDM (JAMF/Intune) configuration and asset automation; Systems administration (Azure Cloud) and automation, including scripting innovative solutions; Support architects in making informed decisions to keep the company's IT infrastructure competitive and aligned with industry advancements. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
  • Experience in System Administration desirable
  • PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python Scripting desirable
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Apple environments
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments
  • Fluent in English mandatory, French is a plus
