Figma is hiring for a full time IT Operations role based in Singapore to join the IT team. You’ll be part of a fast paced IT team assisting a diverse customer base across the entirety of Figma and in multiple regions. The IT Operations team provides excellent IT assistance to all Figmates and comes up with creative solutions to support business needs in project work.
Job Responsibility:
Be the point of contact for all things IT in APAC
Provide an amazing experience supporting a Mac Environment locally in Singapore and globally
Triage tickets and help resolve day-to-day IT issues
Support our onboarding efforts to ensure new hires have minimal issues getting set up on their first day
Work on innovative automations to streamline processes and create more bandwidth
Assist with Asset Management and device refreshes in APAC for laptops and peripherals
Develop creative solutions for new IT problems that arise
Requirements:
2+ years experience in IT Support roles demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, ability to effortlessly pivot, and ability to prioritize high demands
Experience troubleshooting macOS Hardware and Software
Familiarity managing SaaS applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, FreshService, Zoom and Zoom Rooms
Motivation to take on high-level tasks and tinker with complex issues
An ability to evaluate, design and implement new processes as well as improve existing processes
A customer service oriented mindset that loves working with others and willing to go the extra mile to help Figmates
Nice to have:
Experience providing AV support for company meetings and all hands
Experience providing support for users based in multiple countries and timezones
