Seeking a Global IT Operations Manager to drive a major digital transformation. In this highly visible role, you will navigate a matrix environment to shift operations from reactive to a proactive, AI-driven model. This isn’t a hands-on engineering role; we need a strategic leader who understands how to leverage technology, implement ZeroOps principles, and hold vendors strictly accountable to elevate global service delivery from where it is today to where we are going.
