Requirements
10+ years in IT Operations/Service Delivery
3+ years leading complex, global scopes
Proven matrix management skills and deep experience holding strategic vendors accountable
Implementation experience with AI-driven service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow Assist, Moveworks)
