Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the organisation's IT strategy, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and future growth plans
  • Oversee the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of business-critical infrastructure, systems, and applications
  • Lead, mentor, and develop an internal IT team while managing relationships with outsourced service providers and technology partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Management with a strong background leading technology teams and business-critical IT functions
  • Experience developing and delivering IT strategies that support organisational growth and operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, business systems, networking, and enterprise technologies
  • Demonstrable experience managing IT budgets, suppliers, outsourced service providers, and commercial technology partnerships
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data protection, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience delivering complex IT projects and transformation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of the business
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience developing high-performing teams
  • Commercially minded with strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership
