We are looking for an IT Operations Lead to work closely with our Head of IT in shaping our day-to-day technology landscape. This is a role for someone who loves the "how" of technology as much as the "who." You’ll lead a small, talented team while remaining technically active—owning service delivery, automation, and our partnership with external providers (MSPs).
Job Responsibility:
Empower our Team: Support 1,000+ employees by ensuring our IT services are seamless
Collaborative Management: Manage our MSP relationship as a partnership
Problem Solve & Innovate: Identify manual bottlenecks and build smarter, automated workflows
Lead by Example: Balance hands-on technical contribution with people leadership
Requirements:
Experience leading or mentoring in an IT operations environment
Comfortable working directly with technology
Automation-first mindset and experience using tools to save time
Solid understanding of identity management, SaaS administration, and endpoint management
Clear and empathetic communicator
Nice to have:
Experience in high-growth tech or edtech environments
Familiarity with tools like Zapier, n8n, JumpCloud, or Google Workspace
A passion for refining service management processes (like ITIL)
