Job Description

A growing organization is seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and security across a multi-location environment in the Lafayette, Shreveport or Baton Rouge LA area. This is a full-time role that does require interested candidates to currently reside in the state of Louisiana.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites
  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT team
  • Drive projects, vendor management, and service delivery improvements
  • Partner with leadership on budgeting and technology planning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of IT experience with leadership background
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft stack (Azure, M365, AD), infrastructure, and security
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments
  • Background in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Proven ability to scale operations and lead initiatives
