Job Description:

This IT Operations Analyst role within Command Center Operations (CCO) is to provide a single point of contact for resolving technical problems within the CVS Health environment. The Analyst IT Operations Specialist will provide first level engagement in response to alerts throughout the CVS Health environment and ensure continuity of service by addressing incidents, problems, and requests appropriately.

Job Responsibility:

Providing a single point of contact for resolving technical problems
Ensuring continuity of service and providing high quality support within committed service levels
Guaranteeing that events, incidents, problems, and requests are logged, escalated appropriately, and resolved in the most effective manner
Providing first level engagement in response to alerts throughout the CVS Health environment
Reacting quickly and making critical decisions that impact store, corporate, and employee satisfaction

Requirements:

1-3 years experience preferably in IT customer service, product support, or production support
Associate degree or equivalent industry experience

Nice to have:

Expertise in operating within corporate Data Center and or Command Center environments
Experience using an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow
Experience or strong desire to learn to operate and troubleshoot in a Mainframe environment
