Provide support to the Operations, Underwriting and IT teams in delivering company-wide operational initiatives, IT support, process improvements and reporting
Job Responsibility:
Provide IT desktop support services to internal business (wiping laptops, installing software, printers, assisting with upgrades)
Manage and maintain IT assets – laptop, monitors, software etc with 3rd party
Own IT audits and maintain aspects in relation to joiners / leavers, user access reviews, email distribution groups, technical notification channels and supporting technology
Assist the accounts department to help resolve account queries
Manage the support inbox and keep it within SLAs
Requirements:
Educated to degree level
1-2 years’ experience working in a technical and operational support related field preferably within the financial services industry
