Job Responsibility:

  • Infrastructure Administration: Support the daily operation of the IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable performance of systems and services
  • Technical Implementation: Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, servers, network, and mobile devices, including troubleshooting and routine operational tasks
  • Global User Support: Provide user support, including remote assistance to international offices
  • Systems Evolution: Contribute to the planning and implementation of IT systems in collaboration with management and third-party vendors

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Danaos Enterprise) is a strong asset
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT role
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Windows OS, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
  • Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs)
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Backup Exec, Veeam) and endpoint protection solutions
  • Familiarity with firewall solutions (e.g., WatchGuard, FortiGate) and PBX systems

Nice to have:

Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., Danaos Enterprise) is a strong asset
