Job Responsibility

Lead your direct team (10 reports) in line with the Airbus Leadership Model and functionally steer a team of approximately 30 professionals (RUN Operations resources) to ensure the end-to-end delivery of all operational tasks
Provide functional leadership and guidance across the four domains of PSL Connectivity: Campus Network, Datacenter Network, Wide Area Network, and Network Security
Secure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage Reporting, KPIs, and SLAs
Oversee Change, Problem, and critical Stakeholder Management across the network domain
Ensure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is consistently maintained and kept up-to-date
Manage the financial administration of vendor contracts for Maintenance, Licensing, and Support
Ensure the operation of the network infrastructure in close alignment with Product Managers and plan the on-call service (Rufbereitschaft) schedule
Promote innovation and continuous improvement, identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, and secure the business long-term to contribute to Airbus profitability
Act as the representative for PSL Connectivity Germany in the international organizational environment
